Taxes
VAT as applicable and already added to normal UK and European Union sales only, all other orders (shipped and paid for outside the European Union) are Tax free. Please note that customers outside these territories may be liable for local import duties and taxes within your own country. .

Payment
We accept credit/debit card payments from the following issuers: Mastercard, Visa and Diners club. Your credit/debit card will not be charged until the day of despatch. Please call your individual distributor to confirm other modes of payment. Your card will not be charged until dispatch or collection of goods

Alternative payment
You can pay for your order by cheque or postal order. We only accepts postal orders and cheques in UK pound sterling. Cheques and postal orders must be made payable to the individual retailer of your choice. Your Order number and name must be marked clearly on the reverse side of your cheque/postal order. We will not process your order until your cheque/postal order has been received and cleared by our banks

Claims
All distributors must be informed by e-mail of any damage to your order within 48 hours of delivery.

Privacy policy
We do not disclose customer details to any third parties, and we take your privacy very seriously.

Limited liability
Eran Diamonds UK Ltd are limited to any liability to any consequential damages relating to any of the products. In no event shall www.erandiamond.com or its distributors’ total liability to the customer for any damages, losses and causes of actions exceed the amount paid by the customer.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All transactions carried out on this web site shall be deemed to have been carried out in the UK. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Miscellaneous Provisions
The headings and section titles in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. We shall not be deemed to be in breach or liable for any delay in performance, if and to the extent that the delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to yourself. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
